Meet the Woman Behind The Blackheath House

There's a lovely new addition to Blackheath's food scene, and behind it is Lily — a local mum of three girls, a passionate foodie and a chef who has always believed in the power of good food to bring people together.

As a mum, Lily is passionate about serving wholesome, delicious meals made with quality ingredients. She also recognised an opportunity to create something the local community was missing: an affordable breakfast and brunch spot that offers great food in a warm and welcoming setting.

That vision has become The Blackheath House — a cosy neighbourhood destination where you can enjoy delicious, home-style dishes made with care and passion. Whether you're starting your day with breakfast, enjoying a leisurely brunch or meeting friends and family, Lily's aim is to create somewhere that feels welcoming and familiar.

What makes The Blackheath House particularly appealing is that it's about more than simply serving food. Lily wants to create a place where people can connect, relax and enjoy those simple moments that make a neighbourhood special.

And there's more to come. Lily is also preparing to introduce an evening service, bringing even more delicious options to the Blackheath community.
