You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right and capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may need to register an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep your account details updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory or infringing content;
• Harass, abuse or impersonate another user or business;
• Upload viruses, malware or other malicious code;
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access;
• Scrape, copy or redistribute content from the Service without permission; or
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including reviews, comments, photos, posts and business listings. By submitting content, you grant Discover Blackheath a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content within the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or that we believe is inappropriate.

Paid business listings, job adverts and advertising tiers are offered subject to the terms presented at the point of purchase. Fees are charged through Base44 Payments and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion.

Reviews and community contributions are moderated. We may approve, reject or remove content that does not meet our community standards. You may appeal a moderation decision by contacting us.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by Discover Blackheath and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any listing, event or business information is accurate or complete. You rely on the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discover Blackheath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may close your account at any time from within the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
